Back to School Bash
Everyone is encouraged to join us for our annual Back to School Bash at Hulen Park next Sunday evening, August 24. Please bring lawn chairs, sandwiches, chip-n-dips, and desserts; drinks will be provided. We will have a devotional at 6:00 PM at the Heritage Pavilion (the one near the playground). After our devotional, we will have a time for fun, food, and fellowship before the 2008-2009 school year begins.

Alternative to Park
Realizing there are some who are unable to go to the park for our annual Back to School Bash, the 39ers will host a get together at our building at 6:00 PM on the August 24. Byron Merritt will lead singing and Burt Northcutt will lead the devotional; communion will be available. Those who want to, may bring finger foods and games. You may play games or just have fellowship.
